Hello, this is Bizent. Customers should refer to the shipping schedule below since it may be affected by the Chuseok holiday and pre-ordered product shipment. <<Shipping Schedule>> * Payment completed by 11 AM August 31, Wednesday (KST): Shipping starts on August 31, Wednesday (KST) * Payment completed after 11 AM August 31, Wednesday (KST): Shipping starts on September 13, Tuesday (KST) Due to the upcoming Chuseok holiday and the pre-ordered products, we are experiencing a higher volume of shipments. To prepare for the shipping smoothly, we will follow the above schedule. Please note all the invoice numbers have been entered for all products. However, the delivery may proceed after Chuseok depending on the condition of your regional shipping company. Please use the e-mail(bizent@rbbridge.com) for detailed shipping inquiries.
