● Notice about Modifying receiver's information
- You can modify your information directly via PC until Feb 28th, 2020 @ 10:30 am
- You must contact Bizent directly via 1:1 or e-mail to change the information from Feb 28th, 2020 @ 10:30 am ~ 11 am
- You CANNOT change the information after Feb 28th, 2020 @ 11 am

● Important Reminders:
- Special rewards will only be included in pre-ordered products. There will be NO special rewards in normal products.
- There will be no "sold-out" during the pre-order period.
- For safe delivery, one person can buy up to six products (you can buy them repeatedly)
- Number of special rewards will be equal to the number of products you purchase (ex. If you buy 6 products, you will get 6 special rewards)
- Notices about regular order will be announced later.
- When the delivery status is "Prepared to deliver", you cannot modify your information. Please change the information during the period for modifying information.
- Refund can be processed during the pre-order period only.
- If you purchase the product by using virtual bank account and request a refund, please provide us [Order No./Name/Contact/Bank account number for returning money]
- You can request multiple orders for pre-ordered products only. It is not allowed to ordering pre-ordered products with other regular products.
- After receiving the product(s), you can only request a change if there is a critical damage in them.
