● Pre-Order Period : April 17, 2020 @ 9pm ~ April 24, 2020 @ 5pm
● Delivery Period: Late May 2020 ~ Mid June 2020
- The delivery schedule may be changed.
● Period for Modifying Receiver's Information: April 17, 2020 ~ TBD
- If you cannot change the information on your own, please contact us directly via 1:1 or e-mail with your order number.

● Important Notices
- Your products can be delivered via other delivery companies i.e) DHL if EMS service is unavailable.
- Customers who buy the product during the pre-order period will have a chance to get special photos (Photo by Whee In).

120 people will be randomly chosen.
- only customers who buy the product "during the pre-order period" will get a special bonus.
- There will be no sold-out during the pre-order period.
- For safe delivery, you can only buy 5 products at once per order. (You can make order repeatedly)
- Amount of special bonus will be as same as the number of products you buy (ex. When you buy 5 products, you will get 5 special bonus)
- The term "Preparing for the delivery" means that your products are being packed and the delivery information is being released. If you try to change information after the period, every process will be canceled. Please change the information during the period mentioned above.
- The refund will be processed during the pre-order period. Contact us via 1:1 or e-mail with your [name/Order No.]
- You cannot pack other products with pre-ordered products together.
- You can only request change because of a flaw/damage/malfunction
- Information for buying products after the pre-order period will be released soon.
