Hello. This is Bizent. Important Notice of The Pre-Order of Merchandizes for O! NEW E!volution Ⅱ ENCORE CONCERT T-shirt [On-site Pick-up T-shirt Sales Notice] *Sale Period: 2022. 04.18 (MON) 5 PM (KST) – 2022. 04. 22 (FRI) 11 AM (KST) *Regarding the on-site pick-up - If the recipient is the T-shirt purchaser: Invoice of the T-shirt purchase (mobile or print-out) + photo ID of the buyer, a certified copy of the Family Register, a student ID, or a passport - If the recipient is the family of the T-shirt purchaser: Invoice of the T-shirt purchase (mobile or print-out) + photo ID of the buyer, a certified copy of the Family Register, a Family Relation Certificate, a student ID, or a passport - You can pick up the T-shirt at the on-site T-shirt pick-up booth after verifying the “Purchaser Information.” - You should log in and show the mobile invoice at the pick-up booth. A screenshot version of the invoice will not be accepted as proof of purchase. *Precautions regarding the T-shirt purchase - The on-site pick-up T-shirt is identical to the pre-order delivery T-shirt. - You are allowed to purchase up to 10 (ten) T-shirts per order. - Please note that disposable plastic bags are not provided because they cannot be provided free of charge. - If you wish to pick up the T-shirt on-site, please note the payment option is limited to credit cards. - “Purchaser Information” cannot be changed or altered by any means, so if you wish to change or fix your “Purchaser Information,” please cancel and re-order. - To provide smooth on-site pick-up service, order cancellation is only available during the sales period. - You can purchase [ONEWE] O! NEW E!volution Ⅱ T-shirt in two different methods: On-site pick-up and delivery. Please check the detail page before you purchase. [Pre-Order Delivery Sales Notice] * Pre-Order Period: 2022. 04.18 (MON) 5 PM (KST) – 2022. 04. 22 (FRI) 11 AM (KST) * Delivery Period: 2022 middle of May ~ end-May. (The delivery schedule is subject to change) - A detailed schedule will be noticed later on the Bizent website. - Excessive order may cause the delay of the delivery. [Order and Delivery Notice] * During the pre-order period, new details of its products on the website will be announced. * For the safe delivery, you are allowed to buy up to 10 (ten) products per order (You can place an order repeatedly) * There is no "sold-out" during the period since all products will be produced after the order. * "O! NEW E!volution Ⅱ" Products of [PRE-ORDER] can be wrapped at once; you cannot combine the regular MD with the pre-ordered MD. - Notice about the release of the product after the pre-order period will be announced soon.
