* Pre-Order Period : April 28, 2022 @ 3pm ~ May 11, 2022 @ 11am

* Delivery Period: May 18, 2022

(Please understand that the delivery may be delayed if the order volume is too high.)

*Ordering and Shipping Guidance

- The details of the information will be changed after the pre-order period.

- For safe delivery, you can only buy 3 albums(POKER ver, JOKER ver) at once per order. (for each version) (You can make order repeatedly)

- For safe delivery, you can only buy 6 albums(DIGIPACK ver) at once per order. (You can make order repeatedly)

- You cannot pack other products with pre-ordered products together.

*Recipient Information Modification Guide

- Period for Modifying Receiver’s Information : April 28, 2022 @ 3pm ~ May 11, 2022 @ 11am

- The Modifying Receiver’s Information will be processed during the pre-order period. Contact us via e-mail with your [Name/Order No./Change Address]

- The term “Preparing for the delivery” means that your products are being packed and

the delivery information is being released. If you try to change information after the period, every process will be canceled.

*Cancellation Guidance

- Cancellation Period: April 28, 2022 @ 3pm ~ May 11, 2022 @ 11am

- Please check that you cannot cancel the order after the period. Contact us via e-mail with [your name/order number]

* Bizent event guide.

An undisclosed special Random photocard that can only be found at Bizent Mall !

* Same as the number of album purchases, photocard will be given without duplication.

* You will obtain the same quantities of special prizes as album. (ex. If you buy 2 albums, you will get 2 photocards.)

2) 10 lucky winners among customers who purchased during the pre-order period will be drawn and receive polaroids with the artist's voice.

* If you scan the QR code on the polaroid, you can listen to the secret voice message from the artist. (How to use voice polaroid will be announced in the future.)
