* Pre-Order Period : November 21, 2022 @ 5PM(KST) ~ November 28, 2022 @ 11AM(KST)

* Delivery Period: Delivery starts at the end of December 2022 sequentially (Shipping preparation starts: packaging, entering invoice number)

- A detailed schedule will be noticed later on the Bizent website.

- Excessive order may cause the delay of the delivery.

 

*Ordering and Shipping Guidance

- The details of the information will be changed after the pre-order period.

- For safe delivery, the quantity is limited on a single order (You can place an order repeatedly)

- There is no "sold-out" during the period since all products will be produced after the order.

- Once customer receives Pre-ordered MD, only defective MD can be exchanged

- You cannot pack other products with pre-ordered products together.

- After the pre-order period, the notice of the general sales will be announced later.

 

*Recipient Information Modification Guide

- Period for Modifying Receiver’s Information : November 21, 2022 @ 5PM(KST) ~

- The Modifying Receiver’s Information will be processed during the pre-order period. Contact us via e-mail with your [Name/Order No./Change Address]

-The term "preparing for the delivery" means that your products are being packed and

-the delivery information is being released. If you try to change information after the period, every process will be canceled.

 

*Cancellation Guidance

- Cancellation Period: November 21, 2022 @ 5PM(KST) ~ November 28, 2022 @ 11AM(KST)

- Please check that you cannot cancel the order after the period. Contact us via E-mail with [your name/order number]

 

* Bizent event guide.

- Only for those who purchased [RBW] 2023 SEASON'S GREETINGS during the pre-order period, a photo cards of the artist you purchased will be provided as follows.
