What is the exchange procedure?

If you leave an email at bizent@rbbridge.com with [order number + defective product or component photo attached], we will provide additional information regarding reshipment after confirmation.

However, please note that exchanges are not possible in the following cases.

* In case of wrinkling and scratches on the package

The package is an entity that protects the product and cannot be exchanged.

In the case of cancellation before delivery, the customer cannot do it directly, so please submit [order number/name/contact information/cancellation status] together with 1:1 inquiry or email reception. Please note that shipping preparations start at 11 am and cancellations are closed at 11 am, so please note that after this time it may not be possible to cancel before delivery. (However, the delivery time may be changed depending on the situation.) In addition, if you do not have an order number at the time of registration, it may not be possible to receive it.
