[ Precaution regarding the purchase of the 2019 MAMAMOO Concert <4season F/W> Goods ]

-  This is a Goods sale prior to the MAMAMOO 4SEASON F/W Concert and ONLY the Goods that are purchased within the PERIOD OF SALE will be delivered after 2019.04.11. (Delivery may be difficult before the concert because the delivery time varies depending on the overseas region.)
- April 3rd to April 6th is the pre-sale period of concert goods and therefore other goods except the concert goods cannot be purchased temporarily. Please note that during the pre-sales period, sales of products other than concert goods will be temporarily discontinued.
- The Official Light Stick 2.5 cannot be packed and sent together. so orders can be made before the April 3rd or after the April 6th.
- You may purchase through the homepage of Bizent, "4SEASON F/W" category and during the period of sale,  the Goods may run out before the end of the period.
- You also may purchase this MD at the concert area but be aware that the Goods may be run out. (There will be an additional announcement regarding the time of sale.)
- There is a limit on the number of items purchased per product. Please refer to the product details page for details.
- 2019 MAMAMOO Concert <4season F / W> Goods are pre-sold and can only be exchanged only when there is problem regarding the product itself after the receipt of goods. You may not refund after the pre-sale period.


[ Pre-sales cancellation and refund, recipient information correction guide ]

- Order cancellation and refund, recipient information correction period: 2019. 04. 03. PM 3:00 - 2019. 04. 06. PM 6:00 (KST)
Cancellation of pre-sales and modification of recipient information is only possible during the scheduled sales period.
- Way to cancel the purchase

- Way to apply for correction of the recipient information
Fill up the [Order number / name / contact] and submit it to ‘bizent@rbbridge.com’ .


[ Product exchange guide ]

If you have a problem with a received product, please send it to us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
Please note the following when submitting your exchange.

1. You must leave a viewable photo within 7 days form the date of receipt. Otherwise, product exchange would not be available.
2. The outer case is a protective material to protect the product, (scratches, discoloration and wrinkles would not be the reason for exchange)
3. If the product is damaged due to customer’s fault, then the product exchange would not be made.
4. Product exchange would not be proceeded if the package is opened or if there is a significant decrease in the value of the goods due to damages done by the customer. (DVDs, books, or magazines that can be read within a short time and photo album is included in this case.)
